Well, there's one thing that Boomer and Dan can agree upon. Getting your ass handed to you in the Super Bowl by Joe Montana ain't fun! Would have been great if Joe walked into the studio at exactly this moment and said, "Hey, guys, neither of you could win a ring with me around." Then flash his Super Bowl XIX and XXIII rings at them, one on each hand, and walk away laughing.

@jghor23 where esiason ranks or doesn't rank among all time great quarterbacks is irrelevant, he wasn't trying to put himself in the conversation. The point he made was absolutely correct and was not a slight on marino. And if marino and his legions of apologists weren't so sensitive they would realize it. It makes no difference who the messenger is if the message is correct and in this case it was.
