    Vick's been a bit of a disappointment this year, all that hype over the Eagles for nothing. He is a pretty good QB but way too fragile.

    He isn't fragile at all. He just gets hit more frequently and harder than any QB in the NFL. Blame it on the o-line.

    I think you missed my point a bit...I am not comparing the two, in essence. I am saying that slavery, of course was MUCH MORE HEINOUS than anything Vick ever did. However, this country is not made to be indicted, in the mainstream, at every given point for its shameful human rights and civil rights record, and war history, in the modern history of the world, even right now. Vick is made to be bashed at every turn, though he paid his court-mandated debt to and then some. That's my point.
