I really wish they would've left this song in the Sega CD version because it's the best song in the whole game.

It's on the "Snatcher Zoom Tracks" Soundtrack CD.

They did leave it in the Sega CD version. Its just not very prominent. It plays in the background when Gillian and Metal discuss what to do before they split up in the Kremlin.
