Twilight Princess Cave of Ordeals Boomerang Trick

This trick will allow you to open the doors without killing the monsters. Does not work at fairy rooms or the first room (no torches on these) Unless I get some confirmation otherwise I have heard this only works on the Wii version.

It only ever worked on the US Wii version that was initially released. If you have Gamecube, PAL, or a Revision 2 US version (they removed this cheat in Rev 2).

I don't think it works on newer or European versions... I am pretty sure now that it was a developers cheat that they forgot to remove when the game was initially released, but they seem to have taken it out in the more recent versions since.

Where do you get more empty bottles?

Man it's been so long since I played... I know you get one by fishing in the fishing hole by the dock, and I think one is in Ordon village if you buy milk from the shop, and the third is bought from the lantern oil salesman in Faron Woods. I think that's all that are in the game.

@toonlinkninja Yeah, although the GC version came out a bit later, so probably they were still on time to fix it.....i know, a few weeks to fix an error and do the copies sounds unlikely, but just a guess...
