You're funny about the way to play the F chord.

The both are right but when you play the F at the e chord it's sure that you haven't the same sound if you don't play it. The first is more open and that's the way Kelly Jones play it. Maybe it's better to give left hand some rest. I play it like you misterwriter1979.

I think minusthymus is right about the CD version. That's cool for u that u could hear the difference but music is not doing the same, it's better to change.

the mistake i do is in the first chord i play ..which is not the same..eventualy...but the about the F ..there is not doubt that is the correct one..and EVEN IF is not the correct one..WHATEVER as i'm not fucking kelly jones..and this is a cover..purely for fun..and love for music...so accept critics if you like or not the song..bjt the way i play ..it shouldn't be any of your concern i can play in anyway i like as it's a COVER INN'IT??...

I play it the same way... I think its right / and or close enough. only thing that you would notice a big difference with is string muting that high E that is coming through with your index finger which is sitting on the C note on the B string. Just bring your finger closer to the fretboard a slight bit and that E will disapear, which if my theory is correct off the top of my head, when that E comes into play, it changes the key of the song. since an Eb maj7 is the first chord.

just a suggestion, use your thumb to hit the 1st fret on the low e string on the last chord. it will make it sound cleaner and like an actual F
