This is the wrong way to do UCHI-MATA-MAKIKOMI. The left arm must grab hard to wrap uke's right arm around. That's why it's called makikomi (wrap-around). The right arm is the one that aims to the ground, as if you would do a tachi zempo kainten. It may also help wrapping uke's arm around but the overall direction of the right arm is as if you would do a zempo-kaiten.

thats wrong, for uchi mata you have to bring the left leg in to support your balance, the makikomi reaches over ukes arm and simply fall with him
