keep all food and garbage locked up.
never feed any wild animal and if he retreats let;em go , enjoy the view while you have it.

If you really love this animal, then please do not feed it. As good as your intentions my be, you will socialize it too much with humans and it will become a nuiscence that can be shot by wildlife autorities. Please let the bear be on its own, or you will be responsible for its death - and I know that is not what you want.

Just a little. There was a male in a totally different state of mind the other night.He was shaking trees just outside my bedroom window, acting like a silverback gorilla. The dogs were going crazy for about 2 hours. I shooed him away 3 or 4 times and finally had to go and lay into him with a paintball gun.
