Do they still use the crossing. I been to the park many times and have not heard them blow there. Why do they still blow for that crossing? I guess utilities were going out and into the park that day.....?

CSX occasionally uses it , but generally it's used by bikers using the park. There's a lot of foot and bike traffic there.
