  • I like how this episode focuses on the native people of Malaysia which not many has seen. I do think that Anthony Bourdain needs to have a sequel to this. Malaysia is a very complex country with each state having variances in food & culture. For example, the laksa in Sarawak is very different from the laksa in Penang or Johor. Originally am from Penang, live in KL for a while and I has seen/stayed in the rural areas. The experience is absolutely breathtaking.

  • well, shah rukh khan who casted one of his film in malaysia received 'datukship' for promoting malaysia to the world (or maybe just hindustan cinemas). I think anthony deserved it more than shah rukh khan.
