@Rakeatthegatesofhell ...I agree with you. Some of America's most prized moments, events, history and talent came at the hands of Black Americans...MLK, OBAMA, JESSE OWENS, the influence Blacks have had on Music and pop culture, CIVIL RIGHTS etc.

There were several brass bands in this parade. I'm not sure which one was passing at the time of this video, but it may well have been the Hot 8.
