@19funkybunny I remember the Zipper in England in the late 70's/early 80's, it used to come to the Hoppings fair in Newcastle which was the biggest funfair in Europe. Back then, the Zipper was a wholly different beast, it used to spin approximately twice as fast as the models in existence today. It was truly a frightening machine to watch and utterly insane to ride. They had to slow it down because of whiplash injuries and heart attacks which were common. Also a few people died in the 70's

This was the best mobile ride i have ever been on! But i have not seen it in England for over 20 years! So maybe you have it because it most probably fail England's safety standards. I will never forget the constant feeling of falling! Its strange because to watch the ride! it looks harmless! But it really is a crazy ride. thumbs up if you love this ride!
