Hey i been doing this work out for like a week and I have question when I do my jumping jack I ussuly count 1.2.3 1... 1.2.3. 2 until I reach 150 jumping jacks am I doing right or should I just do 1/2/3/4/ n so on?

Question... what if i take a lil longer than 90 seconds to catch my breath in between sets? Will that negatively impact the effectiveness of this routine?
