    I just started trying to lose weight this past week (may 5). I've just been running tho (about 35 miles the entire week 30 minutes a day about 5 miles a day ) will that be enough to lose weight?

    sir what happens if I do it more than 3 times per week? will I burn more fat? or is it to much if I go for the whole week? and rest only Saturdays nd sundays.?

    you will burn more fat but the question is can you handle this more than 3-4 times a week and the answer is usually no if you go all out and give 100%

    I thought im gonna be a FAT guy here forever but

    Hi there, have you considered "BellyFATtack" yet? Just search Google. There you will find an important free video presentation by a well-known medical doctor revealing the way to lose weight. It made it possible for Katherine to reduce her stomach fat. It might help you too.

    . I'm on my second week of “Weight Loss Idealiss” and I can already see a dramatic change in my eating habits. I've been eating more fruits veggies and not craving carbs as much, being Italian I loooove my carbs.. lol.. I have noticed I drink more water. I would deffinetly recommend this product.
