Sketchy Ice Cream Van? (Kumoricon 2011)

I think it's okay/legal to put this on YouTube, I did blur out his lisense plate and his face isn't visable...

Well, anyway, I don't know if it's normal to buy ice cream from random vans in Vancover (Washington) , but where I'm from, you just don't buy ice cream from random people.
I am not being racist at all!! I took some pictures because I thought it was funny that people were actually buying ice cream from him. Who knows. It was probably just a guy trying to make some money selling ice cream to cosplayers on a HOT day.
I wanted to buy ice cream from him, but I decided it was a bad idea (plus Robert kinda told me not to, haha)

So, again, I'm not being racist, it's up because it's just funny.

My friend and I also noticed it, and it was scary the way he scratched his beard 0_o But, sad to say, we were melting, so bought some ice cream.... Scary thing is- we were his first customers... He pulled up to us so it scared the hell out of us!!!
