The only difference between the mogul and the instinct now is that the instinct looks better. people have written programs and mods for the mogul that now make it a hell of a lot better than the instinct. the mogul is a little slower but with the right software, you can slim down the memory usage and it will run smoother. as far as the unanswered calls, take it to sprint and they'll give you a new one.

u have to program the mogul, therefore there is no built in speech recognition as far as i'm concerned. ok smart guy?
