Bridge Commander Part 2: Borg Cube Vs USS Century, USS Excalibur and USS Sovereign

This is a battle between a Borg Cube and 3 of the most advanced Starfleet Ships, the USS Excalibur, USS Century and The USS Sovereign. The 3 Ships were sent out to investigate the disappearance of the 3 Romulan Warbird derelicts, which were destroyed when they attacked the USS Sovereign. However during their search a Borg Cube came out of nowhere and started to attack. However we are puzzled, because there were 2 warp trails tracked to that postition, in anticipation to a romulan attack we got the borg, yet one was not found......

The USS Century is the new replacement for the Enterprise E (Sovereign Class) and is now called the Enterprise F. The USS Century however is a separate ship and is only one of the 2 in its class. The USS Century has very powerful forward and aft torpedoes, both photons and the most powerful Quantum burst torpedoes.7

The USS Excalibur is the largest ship in the Starfleet and is almost 3 times the mass of the USS Sovereign. of course every HUGE ship needs HUGE guns, and this is no exception, The Excalibur has 4 HUGE front quantum launchers, which launch HUGE quantum torpedoes, and is why this ship is very handy in a dog fight. HOWEVER because the Excalibur is so big, its maneuvering ability is very slow.

The USS Sovereign, quite possibly the most powerful ship in this battle in terms of overall performance. its shields are very powerful, and hardly touched when at 200% capability, at which point only the USS Excalibur's HUGE Quantum torpedoes, or the USS Century's Quantums can damage, good thing they are all on the Sovereign's side......

How did they manage to make this game that many years ago? It's hands down, the best star trek game to grace humanity and an achievement in gaming, mind boggling even today.

@sharpezor I have no idea, no other Star Trek game can match this one in terms of gameplay and movement, yet.... Hope Excalibur will deliver...

This was when Activision was actually a good publisher...

@sharpezor But can't give all the credit to Activision, since the modding community has made this game look as good as it does today, There is a HUGE difference in the original version and the version you see on this video....

Hello again old friend. Now I got a new one for you. You identified one of your ships here, the USS Century as successor and replacement for the Enterprise-E. What to you happened to the Enterprise-E? And why did the Century get recommissioned as the Enterprise 1701-F?

@RogueKnight12866 I don't know if this is cannon, but in the war of the prophets DS9 Book (I haven't read it just the summary) the Enterprise E was destroyed, and Ent F was launched in 2382, the who came from the Beta Quadrant destroyed earth and the Enterprise F, Tom Paris, Geordi La Forge and Deanna Troi were on board when the Enterprise F was destroyed in 2388...

@RogueKnight12866 BUT this was a different timeline, the war of the prophets timeline.... but when the defiant was sent back to it's own timeline the Enterprise F was yet to exist, if ever...
