Mackeral sushi from Iduu restaurant in Kyoto, Japan which incredibly has been in business since 1781. Kyoto is a nice city to visit and I'd love to go back just for the saba sushi.

I'm not entirely certain but I believe that's all they serve. I've been told that in Japan the best restaurants are usually those that specialize in one thing such as ramen or soba etc.

I will honestly say, Saba (pickled mackerel) fucking tops the charts when it comes to sushi or food in general that shit should be illegal its too good.
