Six months of time-lapse footage from the camera mounted on my balcony. One frame per hour, played back at 24 frames (one day) per second.

The morning glory vines go from sprouts to vines in full bloom, and then begin to whither away as the nights get cooler, while the other plants go through their own cycles.

I added another few morning glory vines late in the season, which climb up the other railing near the end of the clip.

  • Are they morning glories the plants climbing at the left side on the sequence? I'm surprised to realize they don'tlast much though it seems an eternity when experiencing them in real time. Great video! Congrats!!

  • Its almost too fast to really see anything, but a cool concept. Thanks for sharing.
