South Africa is renowned for its wide range of wildlife parks and nature reserves, and is home to lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and wildebeest, also known as The Big Five. Addo Elephant National Park is a popular park and boasts of more than 450 elephants, which makes it one of the densest elephant populations on Earth.

South Africa produces some of the world's best wines and the vineyards there are popular tourist destinations.

If you get a chance to watch an international cricket match there, relax with a South African beer and enjoy some chops, boerewors or sosaties from the braai (barbeque) while watching your favorite team play.

I love The Cape of Good Hope..but there are so many incredible sights in SA...The Drakensberg Mountains...The Knysna Bush..all incredible.

East London has got to be my favorite place as I live there. It has the only river port in South Africa on the Buffalo River and has great beaches and scenery to boot. The East Coast Resorts area along the Jikeleza route just outside East London has coastal scenery second to none and the most charming little arty hideaways and places of accommodation. The East London museum is also home to old four legs - a fish thought to be extinct for many years. And Friesland milkshakes are the best!

A luxurious paradise near to the beach, very hot and dry, and vervet monkeys lurk around the town looking for fruit! A fantastic place, we enjoyed it so much.
