My bf and I were just talking about the precedence this case stands to set. He believes nobody wants to set it. Whereas, I am worried, with all these celeb deaths, that a jury will be looking for someone to blame and want to set the precedence. If it were a judge, I would be less scared. I think they would know the danger of the slippery slope. It IS scary. If they don't stick, one thing I worry about is the harshness of the court of public opinion after all this, can he ever be at peace?

I don't see the charges against Howard K. Stern sticking. These are very specific charges written for the very specific group of people that make up the medical community. HOWEVER, if the charges do stick it will set a very dangerous precedence as it will draw a new, blurry, line in the sand as to where personal responsibility begins. The final red light is whether I decide to ingest a narcotic or not. This precedence could make me liable if someone steals a drug out of my home and dies. Scary.

I've come across your videos a few times in searching out updates on the charges against Howard K. I think that Anna was no different than anyone maintaining on opiates, illustrated by the fact that she was transferred to the, somewhat, safer methadone during her second pregnancy. She took the prescribed medications, developed the inevitable tolerance and then started chasing the pain, now emotional as well as physical, with the dragon.
