Amazing. Would have loved to have seen this when it first appeared on the stage under Peter Brooks direction at the RSC in the late '60's. What a shock it must have been.

Damndest thing I finde about this flick, .. it's creepier and more disturbing than just about any horror flick, .. though it really isn't catagorizable as one ?

The first time I saw this was on TCM at like 3 in the morning. I just sat there riveted.

Much better musical than "Sound of Music" or even "Grease."
