They don't just "try to cut them down a peg or two", they do as the striker says- cut through all the hypocrisy in their gov't (unfortunately, we're kinda lacking here in Canada, ironically as well, since we first began "fake news" before even SNL's Weekend Update)...

This is something very humbling, even for a small amount of time. It promotes how well these two gentlemen function, without paper or a prompter. And looking towards now, sometimes I even wonder if they use either.
