the soundtrack IS from 'The Rock' soundtrack. The first part can be heard throughout the opening credits of the fim and the second is heard throughout the film.

I could be wrong but it sounds like it is from "the Rock" soundtrack. again I could be wrong. it might also be from ghost recon or even a mix.
