@sdg111 OMG how pathetic that people are so hateful for a thing like this. Brian is happy and doesn't need to tour as The Beach Boys. Mike needs this name. Brian is praised worldwide as a genius, Mike's not. Brian is touring the world, so is Mike. None of the original Beach Boys members are poor and are doing what they want.

Why bother to fill all videos by the Mike&Bruce Beach Boys with the same boring, frustrated posts? Be more positive (Iike Brian would like you to be lol)

Also Brian does get a cut of the revenue Mike's touring Beach Boys makes. So I don't think he has too much of an issue with Mike still touring under the Beach Boys name since it puts money in his pocket as well.

I do have some issue with Mike billing his act as The Beach Boys with Brian and Al not being involved. The right thing to do would be to call the band Mike Love's Beach Boys or something along those lines. Casual or newer fans probably think that this band is made up of all the surviving Beach Boys. But having said that I do think the band sounds pretty good and it is still a celebration of Brian Wilson's music since he composed about 95% of what Mike is performing.

Yep, this is a fraud. No Wilson's = no Beach Boys. Mike Love is a fraud, living off the brilliance of Brian Wilson, you should be ashamed Michael.

I will admit, I badly miss seeing Carl and Al :( but to be honest these new Beach Boys do sound great!!! Not to mention Al and Brian are working on some new material with Mike and Bruce. Also the Smile Sessions are hopefully finally going to be released in November. I CAN"T WAIT!!! :)
