The way to do it is to take a frozen french fry, and stick a hook in it. Then allow the seagull to eat the chip, swallow it and then tie the Kited seagull off at the guardrail of a large ship. Really really funny and one less shitehawk to deal with.

@davidlindsbs - I was turned off by the laughing. I suspect the seagull was a bit frightened by being yanked without being able to control himself. The sea life always falls victim to fishing line and garbage.

i wasnt goin for the bird on purpose. As for reeling it in a idid it very carefully. The Capitan was the one that told me to reel it in . You just cant cut the line and have it fly away with the hook in his mouth . You have to reel it in and get the hook out.
