ahhhhh lighter and easier! i know what you mean about the knots falling out - it's as if they don't have anything to be held in by anymore. the one i gave gully was a lot longer than hers, i see that now (i missed peyton and her bear cut was the main reason i did it ahaha). if you can manage find the time to bathe her it seems to fluff out to one big =POOF= :) but she looks so sprightly here so i'd be tempted not to, either, lol!!

@tiGGrteik it's not bad for them to cut their fur. Of course ideally you'd like your Persian to look fab all the time in full coat, but if it gets badly matted you can't leave it that way as it's very uncomfortable and unhealthy for the cat so Persians are often shaved down when that happens. The 'bear cut' is an alternative to shaving.
