With the help of Canadian Natural's Relocation Advisors, we help you and your family transition quickly and easily. We are committed to paying directly for moving expenses when possible to reduce our new employee's out of pocket expenses associated with the relocation.
The relocation assistance program offers our employees support for every stage of moving: * Payment of legal/realtor fees * Movement of household goods * Storage of household goods (up to 60 days) * Company provided housing upon arrival in your new city (up to 60 days) * Flights for all travel booked through Canadian Natural Corporate Travel * Rental Search and City Orientation services through Canadian Natural contract supplier * Duplicate Housing Costs (up to 90 days) include: * Mortgage Interest * Property Taxes * Insurance * Utilities * Property Management Fees for the unoccupied residence

For the convenience of our employees, Canadian Natural is pleased to offer a fully operational on-site airport and camp accommodations at the Horizon Oil Sands, located 70 km north of Fort McMurray, Alberta.

CAMP
We provide first class camp facilities to our employees. The Horizon Oil Sand Accommodations offer: * State of the art kitchen and dining facilities offering a great selection for 3 meals per day * FitnessCenter, Games Room, TV Lounge and Sports Bar * On-Site Tim Horton's, Convenience Store and ATM Machine * Laundry Facilities * Security and Medical Center * Private room with satellite television, WiFi and telephone * Recreational coordinator scheduling social events (karaoke nights, cards games etc.)

Location Assistance Program
We provide a monthly incentive called Living Choices. This incentive is based on the type of residency (rental or home ownership) and location of the residence in the Fort McMurray area. Living Choices provides an incentive of up to $1500 per month (up to $1000 per month beginning January 1, 2013) for up to 60 months.
Location Premiums
All employees residing in Fort McMurray are eligible to receive the Horizon Fort McMurray location premium. The Location Premium is an additional 10% or 15% of your base salary (depending on position category) paid on each bi-weekly pay.
Bussing Program
We pay you to use our Company provided transportation to and from Fort McMurray and the Horizon Oil Sands site on buses that offer: * WiFi, Satellite Radio and increased legroom * Decrease environmental impact through fewer vehicles on the road
Travel Days
Employees residing in Fort McMurray are eligible to receive 2 additional calendar days leave with pay per year for travel outside the region for personal reasons
