@Rob23 I never understood why the writers didn't think her pregnancy could be incorporated into the show. After all, they covered drug use and later bulimia and the subject of abduction. I think they could have incorporated teen pregnancy if they wanted to.

@Rob23 I know that. But many guys who watched this show was just because they had a crush on Kimberly. When Dana left the show, the ratings went down.

@pat1981lux Dana Plato was fired from the show, because she fell pregnant in real-life - and the producer thought a teenage pregnancy wouldn't have suited the comedy - so they dropped her (although she returned to make the occasional appearnce)
