EASY: I Paint a LOT,so i would ACCIDENTALLY discover the lil Tricks MSPaint has to offer.xD; So here's how you dont effect the LineArt. Take an Eraser tool. Right Click on the Color you want to paint and keep the Left Click WHITE,if that were the Case. Hold Right Click, Paint where you want the color and it Should NOT effect the Black or LineArt...the only thing it effects is WHITE. But if you want to say like Add Shade,like what i did in this Video,put BaseSkin Left,Shade Right.
