Just because there is a secret society that using a skull and crossbones as their symbol doesn't mean that anyone making Lady Gaga's videos is gonna use the skull and crossbones to represent them. The skull and crossbones symbol is used for many things including marking poison and it is seen on the Jolly Roger, which is associated with pirates.
