To all you young people already scrambling to start careers during a recession, find a career job, how you like paying more due to Obama so older people (I, ME, MY) can get cheaper HC coverage and have more beer money? Thank you Obama, I love this Hope & Change shit as long as your ass is paying for me. That means a 17% increase on YOUR premiums and $500 less a year in your pocket and it olny goes up, haha. Why do ignorant, misinformed, people keep pointing out that the wealthiest foreigners are the only ones coming to the Mayo clinic, etc for their healthcare? Since when does upholding the constitution and chants of liberty equate with turning your backs on the poor and disabled of your community? Only the most depraved idiots would rail against health insurance reform. America's got the best healthcare; too bad the MAJORITY of Americans can't access the full measure of it! @SHSH1212 i think its because most really dont travel or understand that every other civilized nation takes care of their own people. doesnt help that the media and politicians of this country get away with lying to us and the lazy or ignorant are easily manipulated. not all of us though i envy other countries' their healthcare.

The level of care makes it the best not the availability. Wht did Italian Prime minister Berlusconi come to the Cleveland Clinic for his surgery? Why not the Toronto or BC clinic? Healthcare is not a right it an option. We cant believe that Canada has one foot in the socialist grave already. No need to worry the American people have spoken and our politicians are getting the message, enough of their spending us into oblivion. Goodbye healthcare hello liberty.
