by the way, I think its wrong for chabad's to go around saying that the rebbe is moshiach. Thousands of people meet the criteria, I had my dna tested and it turns out that i am a direct desendant of david AND solomon, i am a male, and i study torah, but that doesnt mean that im the messiah, cuz im NOT.

@fonz1231 All Jews are part of what once was the 12 tribes. The Levites were not assigned a piece of land. They were welcomed everywhere, for they were the spiritual leaders. In their place, the tribe of the sons of Joseph were assigned the 12th piece of land. Today only someone who is a Cohen or Levi's can trace the tribe their from.
