To Your Heart Contest. ♥

Hey everyone. Welcome to my new contest, I hope you all dont think its a dumb idea and that your participate as I would love to see your work. This is the point where I try to remember what I need to right here since I thought this up a few days ago about 11pm. xD

The idea for this came around when I was reading a book, basically it said all artists work is merely an extension of themselves, and were artists in a technical sense with videos. An editors work is merely an extension of themselves and in my believe - there heart, all our hearts. :) So the theme of this contest is to quite simply put your emotions into a video. There are 3 categories: personal, portrayal and what I like to call the Vee-heart catgory ;).
In the personal category you make a video which is a true part of your heart and emotion, show what you feel be that happy or sad, whatever you may feel. Show it through whatever you like in a video and whatever you choose.
Portrayal is where you make an emotional video - maybe not your own emotions but emotion nonetheless. So you can tell a story or just pick a song you think is emotional and show your interpretation of that. :D
and finally the Vee-heart. xP You make a video (whatever kind you like) with a song which has special emotional meaning to me-Vee. (: The list will be at the bottom of this desc. and I hope they're will be something suitable for everyone. :D
Rules:
1. The video can be from 20secs-10mins. I consider anything an entry as long as I see the emotion.
2. All entrys should be in by 15th of January 2010. If you need an extension let me know in advance and I'll see what I can do. ;)
3. Please post which category your entering in the description. :D
4. Have fun and be considerate to other contestants.

Tips:
Concentrate on the small things as these will be what I notice when judging. I like colourings. :P Teehee! and if you see a mistake but are feeling to lazy to fix it (we all do it. ;D) fix it. Its thoose little mistakes which will bug me. Im finnicky.. sowwy. xDDD

Yes you can use an old video of course, as long as you think it properly displays emotion and feeling. ^^
