@Norse you can't even understand what they're saying and you call them emotionless? I saw a translated vid and Noctis come's across as quite childish and happy really. His interaction with Stella was him trying to act cool in front of her.

Square Enix's recycled Nomura CGI dolls all look the same on top of looking gay and emotionless, sorry, it's a fact. The game itself looks god awful too from its style to its battles, to the point where Agito XIII looks better in every possible way.
Oh and Lightning and Cloud look the same too. Deal with it.
