Mario Piano Medley (AIR PLATFORM)

By popular demand, here's a few mario songs on my piano keyboard! I play Super Mario Brothers 2 End Theme followed by Air Platform. The first is my own arrangement, while the second is stolen from the Video Game Pianist (although I think I play it a little faster =)
It took me about 2 and a half months of off and on practice to get Air Platform up to speed, and if I'm going to play it this fast I usually need to warm up for several hours (this recording was done after three hours of practice that day). I had to soak my hands in water after recording this, as my middle and fourth finger on my left hand somehow got cut open (if you look carefully you can see the blood on my keyboard). I'm performing on a CME UF8 using Propellerhead Reason 4.

Oh, and this has not been sped up in any way. :-)

but i disagree with you, i think the Video Game Pianist is faster. He starts out playing it much faster, and still speeds up. The ending is faster than this one.

Okay kids. For all of you out there who'd like to call this out as "Sped Up", check his video responses. Have you ever sped up a person's voice? Do you know what happens?
