@DUFFMAN1317 a board selects anyone that is eligible to play other than players in the side they are versing. Anyone from anywhere can be called up but they dont always try to make a 'world 15' style team. In the last Aus v Barbarian match, some players lik sonny bill williams had never played international before and some others wernt overly famous. i think sometimes players of the same nationality as the team they are vrsing can play, if their not in the international side.
