Your supposed to let it drop into your hand. It's a mix of a swing into a swivel cut.

Thank you. I am new to XCM and this is the 2nd move I've learned. Many of the vidoes on here move to fast. I appreciate that you take it slow and repeat it over and over. I learn best that way. Have any more videos?
