The late Richard Hunt sums up the impact Jim made on so many lives. Of all the talks in the service, this one means the most to me. Mr. Hunt seemed so collected, almost as if he knew he would be with Jim soon. I found a site selling this memorial service. Here's the address:

Thank you so much for posting this. It means a lot. And as this service was open to the public, I'm glad that you posted it for them. RIP Jim and Richard. Thank you.
This was the first time I saw this myself. Jim Henson's passing was a small news item in my area when it happened in 1990. I was in highschool then. I wonder whether the Henson family was okay with this video being on YouTube. It was not meant for the general public, now was it? And yes, I agree that Richard Hunt's speech was unbelievably beautiful. There are not many things that bring a lump to my throat, but somehow this does.
I was 10 when Jim died and I wanted to attended this memorial so bad. When I finally saw it, it meant so much to me. I wanted to share it on youtube. I don't know if the Henson family would be okay with this posting. I have no problem taking it off of youtube, if enough people have a problem with it. It is just too important to me to keep it to myself.
For the moment, you don't have to worry about it. I'm not a lawyer and I'm not related to the Hensons. I want to thank you for sharing this video because without you, I wouldn't have seen it today. I also gave the link to the video to an old friend from college and she liked it as well.
This part of the memorial means the most to me as well. Richard sums up the impact Jim had on people so very well. Jim thought people were basically good and just tried to bring joy to them. In turn, they could bring joy other people.
It does make me sad that Richard's death didn't get as much attention as Jim's but, regardless, he was the perfect person to host the memorial. They shared a mix of crazy fun and compassion.
