it light of certain comments and messages, i feel this video has digressed from my mission. all of the comments have done nothing but show me the hate in the world. i have seen the truth that those of the lgbt and those of christian communities are too different. there is no such thing as middle ground between these groups. i will be deleting this video after the holiday weekend. and i will be reevaliating my desire to minister to those of the lgbt. blessings to you all. ~Ryan Renfrow

There's no such thing as a homosexual Christian. A person can't be a follower of Jesus Christ, whom said, that marriage is between 1 male and 1 female (Matt.19:4,5), and pervert God's word, which says, homosexuality is an abomination, shameful, not natural, those who practice such acts are worthy of the penalty due them, and they will not inherit the Kingdom of God (Rom.1:26,27; Lev.18:22, 20:13; 1Cor.6:9-11)... and continue homosexuality.

Jesus Christ preached, repentance (Matt.4:17).

This made me cry but made me feel proud to be LGBT thank you for understanding us for the slightest bit and apolagizing it makes me happy to know that you except us. Thank you for your commitment and hope you gave towards us.

@rarenfrow you will always have negative comments even when you become a pastor there will be people that don't like what you do. But you don't do them or say things because people will be on your side. You do it because it's the right thing to do or say. I want to say Thank you RYAN for standing up for us (LGBT) as a straight christian man that you are. DON'T take this video down because there is a straight man/woman out there who may hate homosexuals and your video may just change their mind.

I'm proud of you for this because it cab be hard for people to give up their pride and admit that what they did was wrong. I did some pretty bad things too. And as I bi and proud member of GSA I'd like to point out to some other commenters that blacks call themselves blacks Asians and Asians and LGBTQ call them selves that term. Besides what would be the politically correct term for LGBTQ?

@rarenfrow I am a very devote Christian and am Bisexual. And trust me there is a middle ground. There are close-minded Christians and there are those in the LGBT community that are close-minded. I have the feeling that you will make a great pastor. Keep the faith and stand your ground. and I would like to apologies for those in my community who are close minded. God bless you!!

@rarenfrow Such a spiritually- and politically-charged debate can be difficult to break into, but I hope that the comments have given you a greater perspective of the LGBTQ rights movement in the United States (and world) and let you see both sides from an objective view. Sure, there is hatred in the world, but it is all too easily overpowered by love. As a Christian, surely you can see that. If we can get past our differences and preconceived notions of one another, we can all live in peace

I have much respect for this. It's great for me to see the drastic changes and people like you questioning and growing. I don't care if you're Christian just as you don't care that I'm gay. You're loving people and that's what matters.

One small pointer in speech, though? (And this is NOT criticism!) You wouldn't call African-Americans "the Black" or Asian people "the Oriental". We are a group of people, a community, and to address the LGBTQ(ueer) people as less still comes off bigoted.
