Now the occupency permit problem , but about 5 signs , most of which that were posted more than 5 years ago , all need permits . That means , I must hire a contractor, who is the only one who can apply, $40 nunrefundable review fee for each ,plus permit fees $75-200 ea. , or no signs at all
