The problem with the PNP is that all the things that they have done cannot be given a grade better than 45-50%. In 18 years the PNP has not done one thing properly.....everything is half-baked and poorly functional. If there was one thing, one project, one policy, that I could reflect on and say EXCELLENT...above 80%....I would vote for the PNP, no matter Portia's faults.
