This is the anime Gun X Sword. If you haven't seen it you are missing out. It is great. This is the story of Van and Wendy. (It is actually more about the crush Wendy has on Van.) The song is "Love Like Woe" by The Ready Set. I have been wanting to do a video to this song since I first heard it. Hope you enjoy.

when Van pauses at the end (2:35) i think he was waiting and wishing for her to run after him like she always did. D: good ending, but at the same time bad. atleast Wendy got to see him agian.

@shelbyfrisk See my reply to neartomynear: We know Wendy is at least 12, because Michael's old photo shows her in the kind of sailor uniform that Japanese middle schoolers wear, and in Japan middle school begins at age twelve. She could be anywhere between 12-15 in series, but not younger. No, a relationship between a grown man and a middle school student is not cool, but Wendy is at least an adolescent girl, not a pre-adolescent child.

@neartomynear : While those might be plausible age ranges, the anime never officially says how old Wendy is or how long it is before she sees Van. Michael's photo of her shows her in a middle school uniform, so she is probably between 12-15 (that being the age range for middle school in Japan). My own guess is that she was about 13-14 in series. But there's no clear indication of how much older she is at the end. She could be as young as 18 or as old as her early twenties.

guys im going to clear this up because i do fanfics about Wendy and Van.

Wendy 14 for most of the show in till Van beat the claw then Wendy dose not see van for ten years. so shes 24 when they see each other again i don't know how old Van is then but it works
