Erinn Clancy (BFA Media Arts 2010) is a video artist who worked as an intern at the industry celebrated Telling Pictures film production studio run by CCA Film chair Rob Epstein and his partner, Jeffrey Friedman. Over the past quarter of a century, the filmmakers have amassed two Academy Awards, multiple Emmys, and even a Peabody Award for their work that tells the history of the LGBT community via heartfelt documentaries and features. Clancy was challenged with editing the extra footage for Telling Picture's latest feature film, HOWL, which opened the Sundance Film Festival, and chronicles the obscenity trial of Allen Ginsberg, starring James Franco in the lead. Here Clancy shares what it's like to work among such mentors and industry leaders. [Interview by CCA web editor Jim Norrena)
