Fair use 17 U.S.C. § 107.
Fair use is a doctrine in the United States copyright law that permits copying of someone else's works without asking permission;
Other countries have similar provisions, called "fair dealing" in Britain, Canada and Australia.
The most common form of fair use is copying for educational purposes and without earning a profit.

@jeffersonianideal John is making an impact on America and I like it and guess what friend... I"m a Democrat!!!! I'm not a hardcore but I do love to hear John's view and I know he's a libertarian which I have much of that in me. America is a noble country I agree with you. We make mistakes, we learn from them as John's friend O'Reilly has said. So just curious have you read any of John's books?

Stossel's first television special had a few pearls of wisdom within it but you had to wade through an overwhelming amount of white wash in order to find them. Stossel should have mentioned that what is inherently great about America is all about the type of country that was established by America's Founding Fathers. But as the late, great patriot Harry Browne said, most people today have not been alive long enough to remember what America was like before the government became all encompassing.
