@thesquiz47 Decent advice but nobody cares that you're 17. It's discouraging for people to hear that somebody half their age is twice as strong. If you really want to help people you would keep information like that to yourself.
lock out your arms at the bottom you work the whole muscle that way which makes your biceps longer not just tall. and reverse curls make them much bigger
i rekon that was cool man but i rekon you could have lowered abit further like until your arms are nearly locked out but there slightly bent that was more of a 3/4 reps
Nice form man! I'm hoping to upload a video of me curling 80 here soon, I'm new to lifting, taking it slow so that I can avoid injuries. But I know I can handle 80. Again, good lifts there man!
Im 17 and max my curl at 135, what i do to build my biceps is a day of just arms with 3-5 sets of all different types of bicep exercises at 10 reps and relativly small resting period(35 sec max). For example standard dumbell and barbell curls for 2 sets with concetration curls and other ways you can work the bicep. I typicaly involve shoulders in too. If you do all this right you can get a 25-30 arm lift thats intense enough that its hard to make your protien shake after.
