  • @FfejTball depends on what shmup it is, if it is M.U.S.H.A. then there is no way l am gonna mute it, that soundtrack gets your adrenaline pumped for its high speed scrolling action.

  • @1shoryuken Mute one and play. Is it the same experience?

  • @CrossoverGameReviews thank you! I ran across an English translation of the introduction not long after I made that comment and was very glad to know at last what the story really is. :D

  • @HaystackCaldoon Good comment, though I should mention that the story of this game has the protagonist trying to find her father, which is her main motivation here.

  • stick to it, and believe in your power!

the power of an awesome soundtrack,

driving you to vaporize the nasty folk

    who spirited away your comrades!

  • Man, why is it that Shmups always have the best video game music? it's like the developers want you to get your funk on while blowing shit up.

  • @sybnios

yeah this game surely is something the synth guitars sound nice and clean instead of the tf4 mix the music sounds like some of the cleanest on the genesis very melodic, like others but thats only good.

  • Wow, was Sol Feace (Deace) some kind of remake/ripoff of this then? I've seen plenty of shmups under Sega licenses, and these two are beyond similar. Anyone else notice this?

    "The G C S - W T"

  • I am very proud that purchased this game back at the days it was released.. Cannot describe the feeling when I heard the music on Stage 1, the graphics, thrilling experience. I love my SEGA Mega Drive!
