make sure wen u go down in middle in a straddle make sure u try to flexi ur back in so ur stomach touches the ground i can go all the way down in my splits cuz i did that it gives u a better split

You are very good! Just try to point those toes and straighten your knees.
Those Middle splits are ticky arent they! :) Im working on mine too. By far the hardest. Good luck :) xx
