The brand new Avatar demo was released yesterday and is, by FAR, one of the best movie-tie-ins I've seen in the history of tie-ins. The game is 3rd person, features a XP/upgrade system, textures are great, animations are fluid and non clunky, the voice overs are excellent and the frames are incredible. I'm trying recording/rendering at the same resolution to see the graphical difference between downsampling from 1080p to 720p and straight 720p. Expect this game to come out sometime in early December! It has become something I shall be writing down for my wish list.

hey i have a xbox 360 and i want to know is this game worth getting for it? like do i wait for it to be cheeper cause everywhere i look they don't give it real good reviews... do you know if the multiplayer is good?

Well, I can't personally say how good the game is because I have yet to acquire the full game and explore its storyline and gameplay. I'm going to say... If you can find a video walkthrough or playthrough and you make a best guess whether it is worth it or not. However, if you are not sure... Leave it till it drops in price.

your lieing how the fuck are you saying your useing a 5870 and your game is still lagging???????? at the staring of the video the ship your flying is droping frame rates and even when your walking in the jungle shooting a 5870 will never work that bad

Woah chillax man! A demo is a reflection of the finished product, the finished product is obviously going to be QA tested rigorously and have any final tweaks/optimizations and implimentations put in.

Also, the drivers at the time of this recording were still maturing, meaning that the potential full performance of the card had not been reached.

The lagging is a result of me recording to the same drive I'm playing off of, unless you wanna buy me another 500GB.. Don't Troll
