In this tutorial I explain how the Gun Test game was made.
You can play that game at http://www.fableforge.org/game/gun-test
We know FableForge can do text and actions and other RPGish stuff, but this proof-of-concept deals with a gun that follows the mouse in first person, and can shoot at an animated moving target. Firing animates the gun, and when hit the target has animation too. Again, the engine wasn't designed for FPS stuff, but this is just a proof of concept that in pinch, its doable at a modest degree.
Also, you'll see a lot of the inner workings of a flash animation with several stages (move around, and death) made specially for the engine. Fun times.
(Note: this video was made with a pre-beta version of the engine back when it was still called SCaV3NG3R)
