  • As long as they stick to their tradiotnal diet they'll do just fine.

  • Japanese eat it as as well.

    But for some reason Okinawans still live slightly longer than most Japanese.

    There must be something else the Okinawans are eating.

  • correct me if I'm wrong but these people eat plenty of seaweed with antioxidant properties
