Shot this video with a GoPro and a GoPro chest strap October 2011. We misjudged the conditions a bit. It was cold and wet but it made for a great ride although we couldn't ride it as fast as we usually do. Although it was wet do to snow melt, it wasn't muddy except for a few puddles.
Park a car at the trail end, at the gas station in Hermosa off 550. Drive another car or have someone drop you off at the backside of Durango Mountain Resort which is locally known as Purgatory.
This trail is a blast. One of my favorite places to be in the world.
